Love, Beauty and Planet Coconut Water & Minola Flower Shampoo & Conditioner

I have tried Love, Beauty and Planet shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so I quickly fell in love with the brand and loved using their products. Though once again the addition of coconut made me a bit hesitant to try out this particular shampoo and conditioner; but when Facebook offered a free sample, I decided that I didn't have anything to lose. I really need to learn to stop second-guessing myself.
I was surprised that instead of one-use foil packets that I was sent a travel size of both products. Because honestly, I can see why companies do that when they offer sample sizes but I'm personally not a fan of the foil packets of products. Anyway, I was able to use both samples in about a few hair-washes and once again I have two new favorite products to add to ever growing list of products.
My hair felt hydrated, bouncy and felt lively again. In the summer, this is hard for me to achieve because my hair despises the humidity with a fiery passion; so finding products that work well enough to tame my frizz is a feat to say the least. But this shampoo and conditioner did not disappoint in the least, which made me all the more excited to use it.
The scent was strong but not overly there and it did linger in my hair for several hours later in a subtle way. So that made me glad that the scent wasn't overpowering in the slightest and was just there in a way that a cool breeze would be coming off the ocean. Honestly, it made me want to go the beach every time I used it. But I can see myself using this scent mostly in the summer and maybe a few times during the winter when the cold is nipping at my nose.

Garnier Fructis Nourishing Hair Mask (with Coconut Extract)

Today I am going to review a product that I received a sample of from PinchMe. And this product is the Garnier Fructis Nourishing Treat Hair Mask.
I have always loved Garnier and have never tried a product from them that I didn't love the outcome of. In fact, most of my hair products that I use constantly are from Garnier. And this product is no different!
I found this product very interesting, because it can be used in several different ways. It can be used as a one minute mask, a conditioner or as a leave-in conditioner. I myself prefer using it as a leave-in cause I feel I get more benefits from using it this way. I have tried it the other ways but I do prefer using it this way for my hair; cause my hair tends to get very frizzy and this product helps to tame the frizz.
There are other types of this product that have different extracts but I quickly found that I prefer the coconut extract and my hair seems to agree, so I'm not about to argue with something that works.
The sample size that I received was 0.40 fl oz or 12 ml. And to put in perspective about how much product you need to use, I was able to use this sample size three times. My hair is just below my chin, not shoulder length but it is thick. But even with the thickness of my hair, I was able to use the sample three full times and I was pleased. So it really does go a long way if you apply it right. Because I have seen first hand that if you apply it more in one area over another, that area can get to looking a bit greasy; and that is something that I do not want for my hair.
The frizz control is great and works even in rainy weather, which is awesome. I can get two full days of this product and that works well for me cause of the schedule I have to wash my hair. I'm sure that if you use dry shampoo then you might can get another day out of the product but I personally don't like using dry shampoo.
The smell also lingers with your hair and it smells so good. Not overpowering at all which is great, just gives you that subtle coconut sweet scent that follows you around. It's kinda nice, really.
Well that's it for this review. Keep an eye out for the next one!

Until Next Time!
