Graze Box Subscription Review
Hello all and welcome to another product review. In this review, I'm going to be reviewing Graze which is a monthly subscription box that gives you 4 to 8 snacks a month and costs $11.99. I contacted Graze a few weeks ago and asked if I could try out their box in exchange for a review and I'm so excited that they agreed whole-heartily. I was expecting just 4 snacks but to my extreme happiness they sent me 8 different snacks and I cannot wait to give my review on each of them because they all look so good and different than anything I ever tried before.
I simply love the look of the box. It is very simple but also high quality. The snacks were packaged very well within and didn't seem to have moved at all during transit, which is very nice. Each snack is packaged in a way that is easy for them to be carried in a lunch bag or a purse for easy on-the-go snacking. Which for someone who is trying to look for healthier snacks, I do appreciate the convenience and portion size of each of the these snacks. I also like the fact that in the box comes a piece of paper that includes all the nutrition facts of each of the snacks that come in the box. The nutrition facts also include a complete list of ingredients for each snack, which is great for anyone that has any type of food allergy or want to avoid a certain ingredient.
Garden of England
This snack is made up of mini strawberries, soft apple pieces and blackcurrants. It is really the perfect fruit snack in my opinion. The apples are sweet but not overly so while the strawberries and blackcurrants are a bit more sour but they blend together perfectly as you snack on them. This would be an excellent and filling snack to have with you when you're going out to the beach or evening going on a hike or a nice walk in the woods. Who am I kidding this snack is perfect for anytime that you're craving fruit.
Booster Seeds
This snack is a mixture of three different kinds of seeds: pumpkin, sunflower and flax-seed. Now I will say that I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't any salt on these seeds but that again is my personal preference. And to be honest, I've never tried pumpkin seeds before but I'm glad that I was able to try them. I will say that I did add just a bit of salt to these seeds but once again they were good without the salt; it is just that I like having a bit of seasoning to my seeds when I snack on them. I am still happy and glad that I tried these because I would have never found out that I really do like pumpkin seeds.
Smart Blondie
This is a little soft snack bar that is whole grain and is made with cinnamon and raisins. Now I've never been a fan of raisins but I do eat them from time to time and this was one of those times that I simply devoured this little snack bar. It was honestly the most perfectly mixed snack bar that I have tried in such a long time. It was filling and the balance of cinnamon and raisins was simply fantastic. It wasn't too much but it wasn't too little. It also tasted so fresh, like it had been just made the very day that I ate it. I continue to be impressed by the quality of snacks that Graze supplies in their boxes.
Graze Popping Corn
Okay, can we please address the absolute adorableness that is this popcorn? It comes in such a tiny little bag that is perfect for taking with you to the office or anywhere that you have access to a microwave. A word of caution for this, please read the instructions because it is such a small bag of popcorn that it will burn easily if left in the microwave too long. The popcorn itself is seasoned with salt perfectly and doesn't need any extra, at least for me. I would compare it to Skinny Pop only a little bit less sweet which I do like. It was also a very filling snack as with other snacks in this box.
Thai Sweet Chili Bites
Sweet Chili Sauce with Baked Soy Bites
This little snack contains 8 Soy Bites and a tangy sweet chili sauce. The Sauce is spicy but not overly so, so it is very enjoyable even for someone that doesn't eat spicy food much or at all. The soy bites are lightly glazed and are delicious on their on but when dipped in the chili sauce, they are just simply an amazing combination. The bites are crispy in the way a very puffy baked chip is and they are so good on their on that I wouldn't mind just having a big bag of these just to snack on throughout the day. It gives a very very slight burn, just enough to tantalize ones' taste-buds and leaves you not wanting to wait for the next bite. And this little snack pack is only 80 calories! So good! My ultimate favorite out of this entire box! I have got to get my hands on this snack asap because I need it in my life.
Peanut Butter & Jelly
This little snack is made up of salted peanuts, raspberry strings and small cubes of vanilla fudge. Now I'm going to be honest here, the little raspberry strings freaked out a bit with their texture but I absolutely loved the taste. And when you eat one of each component that make up this little snack, it really does taste like you're eating peanut butter & jelly. The raspberry taste is very strong though so be warned if you're not really a fan of raspberry. But to be honest, even though I'm not a big fan of raspberries, I absolutely loved the taste of it. Definitely one of the oddest snacks but it has got to be one of my favorites as well!
Chocolate Pretzel
This pretzel snack contains 9 lightly salted pretzel sticks with cocoa & hazelnut dip to the side that goes really well with the pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks are perfect for me because while they are crunchy, they're not rock hard so that it would hurt your teeth when you bite down on them. The pretzel sticks themselves aren't thin either but are pretty thick which is a nice change from the thin ones that can be found nearly everywhere. Another thing that I like about this packaging is that, on the cocoa & hazelnut dip it clearly says that it contains nuts now so this is a great thing considering how many people today have nut allergies. And just like with the other snacks it says how many calories the snack holds, which is 140 calories; which is pretty good considering how delicious this snack is, it is hard to imagine that it doesn't have more calories. Definitely one of my favorite snacks in this box.
Pumpkin Spice Flapjack
This snack comes with three sections of pretty good size so it is already a descent sized snack to begin with. This snack is basically a mix of rustic rolled oat flapjack with pumpkin spice. Now I have to be one of the few people on this Earth that is not completely obsessed with pumpkin spice. I've never really had a taste for it at all so I admit that I had my doubts when I first saw this snack, however I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Other food/drink products that I've tried were just so over seasoned with the pumpkin spice that I found that it would quickly burn out my taste-buds. However, this was not the case at all with this snack. I found it very good, it had just enough pumpkin spice that you could taste it and enjoy the taste of the warm spice but not enough where you couldn't taste anything else. The bars themselves were pretty thick and so chewy! Definitely a snack I would bring with me for perhaps an after workout snack or even something to snack on in the afternoons instead of that bag of chips or candy bar.
But what I really found very interesting about this box was that each snack was so filling! When I mean filling is that I wasn't hungry for several hours after eating just one of these snacks. This is why I could only bring myself to eat one of the snacks daily; granted the other part was that I didn't want the experience to end but mostly it was because I was so full from eating just one snack that I felt I would end up wasting another snack if I were to try it.
This is by far one of my most favorite reviews that I have done. It was such a variety of snacks of all different flavors and textures. Graze has got to be one of my favorite food boxes out there today. And I want you to be able to try it too! So if you're interested in trying Graze, they have an awesome deal where you can get your first and fifth box for free by using the code LIZM1D4DB and just thank me (Shannon) and you can get your first and fifth box for free! Also you can cancel anytime you like!
Thanks again to Graze for sending me a box to review! I really did enjoy the snacks!
Well that's it for this review! Keep an eye out for another review of a different subscription box. Here's a hint, if you love Japanese snacks then you'll want to know more about this box!
Until Next Time!
Disclaimer: I was not paid for my review. Yes I was sent this box for free but my thoughts and views on these snacks are of my own opinion. The pictures were also taken by me.

Garnier Whole Blends Honey Treasures Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Like the previous two reviews, I was able to try this shampoo and conditioner through Crowdtap.
Now with everything that I have tried from Garnier, I instantly fall in love with and I will keep using them over and over again. And just like with previous products I can happily add this shampoo/conditioner to the same list.
The smell is just absolutely fantastic, especially to me since I love the smell of honey. I love the way it makes my hair feel and that it will help heal and strengthen my hair after each use.
With the previous shampoos/conditioners from Whole Blends, I will switch them up. Since I have such long and thick hair, I will wash my hair about 3 times a week and each time I will use a different shampoo/conditioner set so my hair gets the full treatment. Granted since Summer is around the corner, I might lean more towards going to the one that helps ease frizzy hair since my hair tends to frizz more during the Summer due to the heat.
Anyway, thanks for reading this review! Until Next Time
Garnier Whole Blends Coconut Oil & Cocoa Butter Shampoo & Conditioner Review

I can't even begin to count the numerous shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments that I have tried over the years to try and get it to tame the mane that is my hair. Now I have found other products that do work on my hair but by far the best products I have found have been made by Garnier and these two products do not disappoint at all.

Now coming from someone that just absolutely hates coconut, I found myself quickly addicted to this scent of this shampoo/conditioner. I was once again happy to note that like all other products that I use by Garnier that a little does go a long way. And this is coming from someone who has very thick, naturally curly and long hair, with my hair reaching almost mid-back.
I love the fact that this combination not only tames the frizz near my scalp but also tames the frizz that is the most prominent in my ends. My ends are the worst to frizz, especially at the roots so it's nice to have more products that can help tame these wild roots of mine.
There isn't much else I can say about this product but I do urge everyone that has problems with frizzy hair to give this a try at least once. I was able to try it through Crowdtap of which I am thankful for because I don't think I would have known about these two products until much later on in the year; possibly after summer, so I'm very glad that I got to try them out before Summer truly hit here.
Thanks for reading this review! Until Next Time!

Product Review: Whole Blends Coconut Water & Vanilla Milk
Hello and welcome to another product review. Today I'm going to be reviewing Whole Blends Coconut Water & Vanilla Milk.

Anyway I was able to try out both the shampoo and conditioner of this brand along with several other products from the Whole Blends line, which I will be reviewing in my next couple of posts following this one.

I have to admit that after trying out several different brands of shampoo/conditioner that promise the exact same thing that I didn't have my hopes set too high when I tried out this product for the first. But to my shock and much surprise, after just once washing I could already tell a difference in my hair, especially at my scalp and roots. No longer did they feel dry and rough to the touch but instead now they felt smooth and silky and above all else, hydrated.
Living in the south as I do, it is not uncommon to have dry hair during the summer as the humidity seems to increase; especially during the summer months. Some of us do what we can, trying different homemade methods from the odd to the just plain strange. But I feel with this shampoo and conditioner I can put my mind at ease and focus on more important summer business, such as working on that tan; lol.
There really isn't much else I can say about these two products other than like many Garnier products, a little does indeed go along way so you'll be able to use a bottle of each for a quite some time. And this is coming from someone that has thick, long and very curly hair and just a little works wonders for my hair so I know that it can be done. The smell is also very subtle but one that smells amazing as well. It is the perfect combination of Coconut and Vanilla; which is surprisingly a very nice combination of smells. The scent does linger for a few hours after washing your hair but it is not overpowering at all.
Well that's it for this product review! Keep an eye out for more reviews from Whole Blends!

Sincere Apology!
Hello all!
I must beg your forgiveness for not posting any reviews in what seems like months, which is probably is. Life has happened over the past couple of months and boy did it happen big.
First off my father ended up in the hospital with liver failure, bad alcoholic if I am to be honest with everyone. And then my hometown was completely flooded for about a week; if you've watched the news then you'll know of the extensive rain Mississippi got in March so there was that. Luckily however, my home is built higher than any flood stage that has occurred in our area so while our neighbors had water in their homes, we only lost a washer and dryer. Which I am sincerely thankful that that was all we lost, well that and two vehicles but it could have been much worse so I am thankful for it not being more damage.
But about a week before the flood and my father being in the hospital, I took my laptop in for an overheating issue. Sadly there was nothing they could do with my laptop so I had to get a new one.
Now that brings us to April, I was unable to get a new laptop until April due to several issues but now I am happy to say that I have had one for about two weeks and I never realized how much I had missed it.
Now that I have my new laptop I can begin to review products again and I am so excited! I have several products that are coming to me from several websites and also several that I need to review before they get here! So it's safe to say that in the upcoming weeks I am going to be very busy with reviews, pictures and opinions on this blog and I cannot be happier! I want to try and build this blog up as much as I can in order to give honest reviews for those that read it.
Once again I ask your forgiveness for not being able to post in a while and I ask your patience for a little while longer while I get situated once again as my life goes back to its normal state.
Thanks!
Until Next Time!

L'OREAL Paris/Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Review
Hello!
Welcome to another product review. Today I'm going to be reviewing the Extraordinary Oil line by L'Oreal Paris/Advanced Haircare. First let me say that I received all products free for review from Influenster and L'Oreal; I am not being paid for my review, therefore this review is completely of my own opinion. Now that we have that out of the way, let's get this review started!
I received a total of three products from the Extraordinary Oil line which were the shampoo, conditioner and serum. I tried them out as soon as I could, interested to see what the results would be; I wasn't disappointed at all. I could immediately tell a difference in my hair, even after just one wash! I cannot imagine what the results will look like when the products are used for an extended amount of time.
The shampoo and conditioner have a nice, subtle scent to them which is nice because I find that any product with a strong scent turns me off of that product without me having to try it at all. I found that with both the shampoo and conditioner that a little really does go a long way so I know that I will have no trouble keeping both products in my collection for a good bit of time. I also noticed that after using the shampoo that my hair didn't feel dry/sticky like it does when I use other shampoos. Instead of dry/sticky, it felt like I had already used the conditioner to soften my hair; and because of this I found myself using less conditioner than I would have when I started washing my hair. The ending result of using both of this products was that my hair felt lightweight, like I had just gotten it thinned at my salon. It didn't feel thick or heavy despite it being naturally thick.
I added the serum after my hair had some time to dry out on its own. I don't use a hairdryer most nights because I find that using it makes my hair even more frizzy so I usually let my hair just air-dry. When I added the serum, I was happy to notice that the serum wasn't overly oily nor was it sticky but that it was just the right consistency. It was easy to apply, again a little went a long way even with my thick hair and there was no oily residue that stuck to my fingers.
I waited until my hair had fully dried before I fully decided on how I felt about the products. And I honestly like them so much that I cannot believe that I never came across something similar to them before. While I do still like my Garnier Sleek and Shine, I will happily add these products to my go-to section of my shelf when I feel that I need a change or something extra to my hair. Or if I wanted to spoil myself.
Well that's it for this review but keep a look-out for another review coming later this week! I've got a new hair-dye that I can't wait to try out and review!
Until Next Time!

Vega-One Product Review

Vega-One Samples |
I am in the process of losing weight and I have been looking for a new protein shake for some time. I was watching one of my favorite YouTubers, I will link her at the end of this review along with any other information about the product; and I found that she was using a Vegan Protein Shake, basically a plant-based protein shake. Now I had never heard of this protein shake before but I quickly became curious about it because of the raving review that she gave it. So I contacted the company and asked if they could send me a few samples for an honest review on this blog. To my great happiness and excitement, they agreed! Not only did I receive one sample but I received four, which was just awesome and mind-blowing!
I received my samples early last week and I immediately couldn't wait to try it. As per the instructions, I used Almond-Milk with the shake mix. It instructs on the packaging to use non-dairy drink with the mixture and I wanted to follow the instructions to the letter, besides I have found that I love Almond-Milk after I tried it last year.
Anyway, I mixed up the shake mix with the Almond-Milk and I was really surprised at the result. I expected more of soupy protein shake, as was the result of previous protein shakes that I have tried before but that wasn't what I got at all. The protein shake was just that a shake! It was the perfect consistency and the taste was beyond my imagination, it was so yummy and didn't taste healthy at all!
For those that don't know, I have a bad habit of avoiding vegetables entirely. Why I don't really know as I have been told that I used to love them when I was younger. But now, it's a fight to get me to at least try anything with vegetables in it. So I must admit that trying this protein shake was a bit of a leap of faith for me but I am so glad that I did it.
It tastes nothing like vegetables, instead tasting of smooth vanilla and left no bad aftertaste in my mouth like previous protein shakes. I admit that I have tried all of the samples that I have been sent over the past week but I am in love with the vanilla flavored one. So I have decided to stock up on that flavor as soon as I can find it in my stores.
The protein shake made me feel better and more energized than I have ever felt in a long time, which is another thing that I liked about this protein shake. It not only kept me full for quite a number of hours but it also gave me natural energy so that I was able to not feel sluggish all day. I have found that I have missed this product in the few days that I have been without it, so it makes me a bit sad that I have wait until the end of this week before I can pick some up but I am patient.
Now while I'm not Vegan myself, I will admit that I am curious into trying Vegan foods/products such as this protein shake. So I think I will actively start trying to find other Vegan foods/products to try, I am especially curious about Veganaise.
Well that's it for this review, I would like to thank Vega-One for sending me these products to try out and I also to thank them for introducing these products into my life and my diet. As I said I will link their website for those who are interested in learning more about their products.
